At Colonial Square, water & sewage, and trash removal are included in the rental price of your apartment home. Residents will also have access to our business center, community room, and fun play park, making Colonial Square the perfect place to call home.
At Colonial Square, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Colonial Square, the application fee is $25 per applicant and is non-refundable.
At Colonial Square, residents are responsible for electric, pest control, internet, and phone/cable.
Colonial Square is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Colonial Square is located within the Indianapolis Public School District. Nearby schools include: Eagle Creek Elementary, Guion Creek Middle School, and Northwest High School.

Residents of Colonial Square can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Bill Pay, or Money Order.
At Colonial Square, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests.
